Have to say that when I told the kids in the car after school, that we have a new porphet, and told them is President Monson, they imediatly start to sing the words to "Latter Prophets" to include President Monson at the end. So sweet , since this is the Prophet they will follow for the next couple of years.
Hope we all have the desire to do our part in our coner of the vinhard.

Couple? I'm thinking that with his age and the ages of the 2 new councilors that he's called, which by the way, are the 2 newest members of the quorm, that we'll will have this Prophet and his councilors for a very long time. But that's just me.
well, President Hinckley and Pres. McKay were exceptions to the rule, most prophets don't pass the 85 mark. But Pres. Monson does look young and well. Now pres. Uchdorff is only 67 and I agree the 2 cons. are young. It will be good. I told the girls if they go on a mission this is the prophet they will testify about it. Cool.
